Owner and Operator
Eagle Outdoor’s Owner, Kinew Beaulieu, is an Indigenous Canadian Army Veteran holding 15+ years of maintenance, equipment operating and leadership experience. He built Eagle Outdoor from the ground up in 2023 with consideration for Winnipeg’s community and a desire to help and serve others.
Throughout his professional and personal life, Kinew has come to value teamwork and strong connections with people and his community. He knows the value of people’s time and money, and carried this value with him when creating Eagle Outdoor.
Following his military service, and attempting a few other career paths, it became clear to him that he wanted to build a business that would serve his home community and create quality job opportunities where employees know they are valued.
