We unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for service on specific days of the week or times of day. This is so that we can accommodate weather systems while also ensuring efficiency on our routes. This allows us to provide our amazing clients with the highest quality of service.

We constantly keep an eye on the ever-changing weather forecast here in Manitoba. We typically try to be proactive so you may say us arrive to complete the service a day earlier, or a day later than your regular service day. If we need to change your day of service due to rain, we will contact you using our client portal.

Yes, however please note that prices are much higher for one-time services as it impacts our service routes. Our call-out rates typically start at $125. We highly recommend using our full season services to get the best value.

Its our 300% satisfaction promise to our clients. If we provide any service to you and it is not up to the standard that we promised, we will do everything we can to make it right at no extra charge. If we somehow still cannot make it right, we will pay a competitor to complete the same service for you – that’s how important your satisfaction is to us. 

We use commercial grade equipment to mulch the clippings back into your lawn. Mulched lawn clippings are a natural and beneficial fertilizer that encourages lawn health.

Yards bigger then 5000SQFT will be quoted on an individual basis, please request an estimate and we will have pricing to you ASAP.

We base cut heights each week on the weather forecast for optimal lawn health. 

When the leaves start falling, we swap our mowers from mulching to bagging to manage leaves that fall on your lawn, keeping it looking great all fall!

We highly recommend that you request a more in-depth fall clean up service when most leaves have fallen in your area. This service includes blowing leaves out of your gardens and under trees, an actual lawn vacuum service and a more thorough leaf clean up. 

This type of service is key in getting your yard ready for winter.
