Gather your neighbours (they can be a few houses away) to create a Snow Squad. If you and at least 2 of your neighbours (minimum of 3 homes total) sign up together, you’ll receive a special discounted rate! The more neighbours, the better the rate. 

You need to all sign up at the same time for this to apply. We can’t change pricing if another neighbor wants in on the squad after you’ve signed up.

Packed snow, ice buildup and wind-blown snow (absent a fresh snowfall) are not included by default.

Because these conditions vary at each property, We are unable to build these into your base price. If you need one of these items cleared, please contact us and we can arrange a crew for an hourly charge.

On conclusion of each snow fall of 1 inch or more, EOS Crews will be dispatched and have your property cleaned up within 8 hours!

PLEASE NOTE: in accordance with city noise by-laws and in respect for our neighbors and clients. when snow falls conclude overnight, crews will be dispatched first thing in the morning (No earlier than 7am)

Each estimate we prepare is customized to the client’s requests and needs. Our minimum price is based on properties with 1-2 car parking and one walkway and will be adjusted for each individual property we service. It will very clearly outline the areas we will service and any add-ons you have requested. 

Add-ons include ice management, additional spaces or walkways within your property, etc.

Trigger Depth is the accumulated amount of snow that we use as a “trigger” to dispatch our crews to service your property. At Eagle Outdoor Services, we will dispatch our crews when the Winnipeg International Airport weather radar shows 1 inch of accumulated fallen snow during a single snowfall. 

We accept all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eTransfer and Cash. 

Clients who choose to pay in multiple payments instead of seasonal prepay will be required to have a Credit Card on file with us that will be autobilled.

Severe snowfalls need to be treated differently than the average snowfall. During these incidents, our crews will be dispatched part way through the event to perform a quick clean up to ensure you can leave your home. They will then return once the event ends to complete a thorough clean up of your property.

You will see a combination of hand shoveling, snow blowers, leaf blowers, and salt spreaders servicing your property. 

Our Ice Management Add-on can be added to your service for an additional fee. We use a fast and long-lasting ice melt that is pet friendly and reduces the chance of corrosion on vehicles compared to traditional road salts.

Eagle Outdoor Services will not be able to move snow around your property or across any backlanes/roads. You will need to have enough space on your property for snow to be placed throughout the snow season. 

If snow needs to be removed from your property, we may be able to arrange this service for an additional fee. Please contact us. 

After a snow fall of 1 inch or more, you should be prepared to move all vehicles or other items that may be obstacles during our services. Our crews will not have time to knock on your door to ask you to move vehicles. We will do our best to clear around any obstacles left in our service spaces. Please note EOS is not responsible for any damages caused to items left in the areas included in your service package.

An optional Add-On for ice melt services to help reduce any ice accumulation on your walkways/driveways.
